I have never received such disrespect and horrible customer-service in my life and its sad that it had to come from the dealership I trusted to sell me a car and service it when it failed just 1 year after buying it. First off, Fitzgerald Auto Malls does not believe in honest practices and 100 percent customer focus.

I was sold a car that had the engine light disconnected in it and had a flooded engine. I received a fake car fax report upon buying the vehicle and when the vehicle was serviced the technician DID NOT complete all repairs that I paid for, the service center assistant manager even allowed the salesman who intially sold me my car in 2012 to make changes to my account as in add on costly repairs without my consent. I ended up spending 3,500 dollars total on a change of timing belt, tune up, spark plugs, wheel alignment, tire rotation and balancing, bushing, fuel filter and etc. The technician at this location only aligned 2 out of 4 of the wheels and damaged my distributor which later had to be replaced.

Not only that, my engine was revving way to high and way to loud after picking it up after its initial repairs were done. When I got my ac serviced here, the technician broke my fins and left his work rag on my drivers seat and damaged the belt in my drivers door. In addition to that, the ac along with the heating system failed to work just 3 days shy of the technicians here servicing it. When you get an oil change they supposedly also perform an express wash on the vehicle.

Out of the 6 times I got an oil change done here apart of my lifetime buyer protection benefits a plan I paid $500 for when first buying my vehicle here, my vehicle was never washed and the technician never cared to ask if I wanted it done. The staff here just simply let me drive my car out of the service center in filth. I've complained several times to the service manager, service director, and even wrote a personal letter by email to owners Jack & Dorothy Fitzgerald of the horrible service I've received from the staff here and the countless mistakes they've made on my vehicle that has costed me hundreds of dollars to get fixed elsewhere. As a result, I received a letter from the Senior Management Rep at this location that my benefits under the lifetime buyer protection program has been cancelled and my account has been closed.

All because I complained that my vehicle was being returned to me much worse then when I initially brought it in. I should have went along with my first instinct of not going anywhere near this dealership when I had first read a review here about a young lady who got her brakes serviced and the next day her car blew up. Now I'm out of $3,500 dollars and forced to drive a vehicle that Fitzgerald damaged and wont take ownership of. Trust me when I say that this is the last place you want to buy a vehicle or get it serviced at.

This company is a sham. Trust that 1 star isn't even due to this company, but because that is what is required to even write this post that's the only reason why they are receiving it. Find a more reputable service center and dealership to deal with other than Fiztgerald AutoMalls Rockville. For a labor rate of $122.95 cents an hour the technicians here can't even service an ac properly what makes you think they will accurately and properly service your vehicle?

One of the guys who inserts the sticker numbers on cars that are being dropped off for service even asked me if my job was hiring. That goes to show you that the staff more likely don't want to be here much less want to care about your vehicle or what happens to it.

Monetary Loss: $3500.
