I finally got what was promised with sincere apologies. All is good now.

Bought a 2016 vw beetle. I was promised a second key.

Also this car is from another state that did not require a front tag. I live in a state that you have to have front and back tags. They said they would order a tag bracket. Never got them and it's been one month.

Now when I call the guy is never there and does not return my phone calls.

I have never dealt with people like this my entire life and I am 73 years old. I will be reporting them to the better business bureau and also corporate headquarters.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $200.
